Breast Augmentation
Breast augmentation enhances size and shape to improve body image and confidence. Volume can be added either with implants (saline or silicone gel) or with the patient’s own fat.
With fat transfer, fat harvested from areas such as the abdomen or flanks is injected into the breast; long‑term survival depends on establishing a blood supply, often supported by enriching the graft with stem‑cell‑rich components.
Implants are silicone shells filled with sterile saline or cohesive silicone gel. Saline implants are inserted empty and filled in place.
